Now emundoo assigns credits

Today we implemented the first part of the emundoo incentive system.

The idea behind the functionality is that every user who allocates bandwidths which is used by other users in the P2P system gets rewards (“credits”).

Implementation of „evaluate and compare“

To find the best strategy for various requirements we now implemented the functionality of “evaluate & compare” into emundoo. This extention offers customers the possibility to choose different parameters to identify the cheapest opportunity to host video content. The main decision made by the system is the choice between P2P and Client/Server.

Development of business cases

We defined different business cases to display all pros and cons of the use of emundoo and displayed opportunities for the evaluation of the right pricing concept for every requirement.

Workshop TU Darmstadt

Recently we accomplished a workshop at TU Darmstadt which contained further developing of our ideas and planning next steps to push emundoo and all involved price structures.

First meeting of the PREMIUM services research group

We joined our first PREMIUM Services Meeting and discussed interesting ideas of pricing strategies and all intentions of our work.
We are really exited to contribute the research group during the next 2 years.

Motionet joins PREMIUM Services

Now we are a member of the PREMIUM Services research group of the Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) which develops and evaluates pricing strategies for internet services.
The intention of joining PREMIUM Services amongst others is the development of marketable pricing strategies which will be used at the market entry of emundoo.
